The Thunder jacket is one of the simplest down jackets on the market. With 800 fill (almost the highest quality it's possible to get) goose down it remains a very warm jacket despite its small size. Features are minimal on this jacket to keep the weight low. If you are looking to keep weight to the minimum, have limited pack space or just want something functional, simple and practical then this is a great jacket. This jacket can be used as an ultralight mid-layer under a waterproof jacket as well as a stand alone jacket to fend of cold conditions.
